Location: Alcântara, Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)

Working Hours: Rotative shifts, Monday Sunday, between 08:00 and 00:00
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Relocation Bonus: 2,500 gross (for candidates moving from abroad)
About the Role
We are seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. Whether you are an experienced professional or just starting your career, this role offers the chance to provide excellent customer service in a dynamic and international environment.
Candidates finishing shifts at midnight will have access to a company shuttle service to ensure safe transport home.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
* Provide clear and effective solutions to customer inquiries.
* Handle requests with professionalism and empathy.
* Collaborate with international colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate case records and follow-up when necessary.
Requirements
* Fluent German (C2/native level) and good English (B2+).
* Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
* Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Open to candidates with or without prior experience.
* Availability to work on-site in Lisbon.
