As a Senior Recruiter on our Global Strategic Hiring team, you will play a crucial part in shaping the future of HelloFresh by identifying and recruiting exceptional leaders for a diverse range of positions across our tech, commercial, and operations domains.
You’ll be exposed to a lean and fast-paced environment surrounded by smart, passionate people, and working hand-in-hand with a highly engaged leadership team. Acting as a true talent advisor, your focus will be on partnering closely with HelloFresh executives to develop a strategic and proactive approach to leadership hiring.
🌎 This role is based in Berlin and reports to the Director, Global Strategic Hiring & Talent Success
You will…
1. Take full ownership of executing executive-level (Director, Senior Director, Vice President, SVP, and C-Level) searches globally, from talent mapping, candidate identification, outreach to closing.
2. Focus on roles across all areas of the business, including Tech, Commercial, and Operations
3. Work closely with HelloFresh senior leadership to deeply understand their talent needs and to create unique robust search strategies to identify and attract the best and brightest talent
4. Position yourself as a strategic talent advisor by providing guidance, data, industry perspective, and strong business judgment to influence hiring manager decision-making
5. Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure alignment with HelloFresh's values, and business objectives
6. Deliver and negotiate complex offers while skillfully championing the company’s vision and objectives
7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruiting processes, and look around corners to deliver unique approaches to hiring and retaining talent
8. Lead strategic efforts related to long-term succession planning and internal talent mapping in partnership with senior leadership and HRBPs
9. Drive the expansion of our talent intelligence knowledge base by providing valuable market insights on industry trends and competitor landscapes
10. Strengthen our employer brand and ensure we provide an exceptional end-to-end candidate and hiring manager experience
11. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion through every aspect of the hiring journey
12. Collaborate and/or take the lead on strategic initiatives across the broader HelloFresh Talent Acquisition team
What you’ll bring...
13. Significant end-to-end recruiting experience with a strong focus on engaging and closing leadership talent in complex and competitive markets
14. You are well-versed in all aspects of executive search including creative candidate sourcing, candidate generation, stakeholder management, and complex offer negotiation
15. You are comfortable managing key stakeholders up to Founder/C-Level, and show up as an egoless advisor
16. You are results-oriented and are comfortable working in a matrix environment with conflicting priorities and dotted lines.
17. You are able to adapt to frequently changing business needs and priorities, while still maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality in your work
18. You enjoy fact-finding, in-depth research, and diving into hiring metrics — and always resort to fact-based and data-driven approaches to influence others
19. You possess a proactive and results-driven mindset, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where decisions are made with urgency.
20. You enjoy building strong partnerships with key stakeholders, and demonstrate a consultative and collaborative approach
21. You have a natural inclination to build relationships face-to-face with both your stakeholders and your extended team in our Berlin office
