About the Role
We are looking for an HR Operations Assistant to join a supportive and collaborative team. What you will do in this role
1. Assist in managing the monthly payroll cycle
2. Provide administrative and coordination support across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, etc.)
3. Respond promptly to employee queries regarding HR policies and processes
4. Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required
Who you are
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
5. 1-2 years of professional experience in HR operations or a similar role, -including internships.
6. Strong Excel skills or a passion for data analytics, including pulling and analyzing reports.
7. Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken).
8. Willingness to work from the office in Frankfurt 2–3 times per week.
9. Proactive, hands-on approach and a “roll up your sleeves” attitude.
10. Eager to learn and develop a career in HR.
11. Positive, optimistic mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
