HR Operations Assistant
In this role, you will collaborate with HR Business Partners to optimize operational efficiency and enhance recruitment processes.
* Support the development of employment contracts, employee transfers, remuneration measures, reference letters, and works council hearings.
* Conduct recruitment activities such as screening resumes, interview scheduling, and participating in interviews.
* Create and update forms and templates for our document library.
* Participate in HR-related projects and contribute to process improvements.
* Collaborate with other HR functions when needed.
Requirements
We are seeking a student enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or similar. You should have a strong interest in HR topics, digitalization, and harmonization of HR processes. Key skills include attention to detail, independent work, strong communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors are beneficial. Fluency in English is required, and good German language skills are desirable.
