Diffusely / ProperShot As our first Business Development Manager in Germany, you'll play a pivotal role in launching and growing our ProperShot product in the market. You'll help shape our go-to-market strategy and drive growth through direct sales and strategic partnerships. What You'll Do: Help us adjust our very successful product and Go to Market strategy to launch ProperShot in Germany. Own the full sales cycle: prospect, demo, close, onboard, and grow customer accounts Explore and negotiate partnerships with broker networks, software platforms, and industry associations Deeply understand the German real estate market and identify key segments and trends Feed local insights into product, marketing, and sales strategy working very closely with these teams Contribute to scalable growth playbooks for long-term market success What You Bring: A strong network the German real estate industry Entrepreneurial spirit – you're hands-on, strategic, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
