Responsibilities
The Global Deal Desk Director is a senior leadership role driving global strategy and transformation for Deal Desk and Order Management. This position leads teams across Americas, EMEA, and APAC, establishes unified governance, and spearheads initiatives like Salesforce Revenue Cloud rollout and commercial process modernization.
1. Define and execute global strategy for Deal Desk and Order Management.
2. Lead transformation of commercial processes and tools, including Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
3. Set global standards for deal design, discounting, and approval workflows.
4. Advise senior leaders on commercial policy and high-impact deals.
5. Manage and develop a global team, fostering trust and accountability.
6. Oversee end-to-end deal lifecycle for accuracy, compliance, and speed.
7. Drive global consistency in pricing, discounting, and policy application.
8. Own Order Management strategy and ensure operational excellence.
9. Act as business owner for Salesforce Revenue Cloud deployment.
10. Partner on change management and enablement for global adoption.
11. Deliver executive reporting on deal velocity, discounting, and operational metrics.
Requirements
12. 10+ years in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or Order Management in SaaS/tech.
13. Proven leadership of global teams and large-scale transformations.
14. Expertise in quote-to-cash processes and Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
15. Strong track record in commercial governance and complex deal handling.
16. Exceptional leadership and coaching abilities.
17. Strong commercial and financial acumen.
18. Advanced cross-functional influence and decision-making.
19. Deep knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Order Management.
20. High analytical and communication skills.
