Head of Procurement (m/f/d)
Wind Multiplikator – powered by Semco Maritime – is THE full-service provider for offshore wind projects. We offer a wide range of services, from small campaigns to complete O&M services. Our core competencies are the management and maintenance of offshore wind farms, as well as the turnkey replacement and repair of major components using our jack-up vessels.

Your tasks
As Head of Procurement, you are responsible for our entire procurement operations. Together with your team, you ensure the continuous optimization of our procurement processes and secure the sustainable supply of materials and services for our projects and departments.

* You draft, negotiate, and review contracts with suppliers and partners, identify new sources of supply, and continuously develop our procurement strategies.
* By continuously identifying, qualifying, and integrating alternative suppliers for critical components and materials in the wind energy sector, and by further developing our multi-tier supplier network, you minimize risks and dependencies, optimize procurement costs, and ensure supply security.
* For the technical validation of new suppliers and products, you work closely with internal departments (R&D, production, quality assurance) and develop supplier development programs to ensure consistent quality and performance standards.
* In addition to negotiating and concluding framework agreements with second- and third-source suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and stable supply chains, you also manage the tendering and procurement of offshore and onshore services (contract for work, temporary employment, service contracts).
* Monitoring supplier performance, conducting risk assessments, implementing measures to respond quickly to shortages or delays, as well as auditing, evaluating, and supporting our suppliers are just as much a part of your role as continuous market analysis and identifying new procurement sources in Europe and worldwide.
Your profile
* Qualifications: You hold a degree in industrial engineering, business administration, supply chain management, or comparable.
* Your Experience: You have several years of experience in strategic procurement, preferably in the wind energy or renewable energy sector, and ideally bring technical knowledge of plant technologies (preferably AREVA).
* Your Expertise: Your solid knowledge in supplier management, risk management, and international procurement markets, along with your experience in implementing second- and third-source strategies and multi-sourcing models, make you successful in this role.
* Your Personality: This position requires strong negotiation skills, including in English. You are characterized by your analytical approach, decisiveness, assertiveness, and independent working style.
* Your Commitment: You are looking for a leadership role with a dedicated and high-performing team.
* Additional Skills: You have good knowledge of ERP software and the MS Office suite.
