On behalf of our client we are currently seeking a Customer Service Manager (m/f/d) EMEA in the global Ophtalmic Business. Customer Service Manager (m/f/d) EMEA The ideal candidate is a goal-oriented leader who oversees and manages the Customer Service Department across the EMEA region, ensuring seamless escalation, regulatory excellence, and developing in-house standards. With a passion for innovation and collaboration, you build strong partnerships with key stakeholders and optimize processes related to customer orientation. Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities: Oversee the Customer Service department for direct markets (France, Germany, Austria) and distributor markets (all other countries in the EMEA region) Manage 3 Team Leaders with a total department of 26 people Drive and develop all task related to our Customer Service like Order management, Order fulfilment, Customer feedback management and Tender management Responsible for internal and external escalations from customers and other stakeholders Supervise the continued development of processes and in-house standards Responsible for the maintenance and accuracy of customer master data inside our ERP system Crisis and backlog management Regular communication and extension of existing KPI’s Your qualification: University degree in a commercial-, supply chain- or related area or equivalent education At least 5 years of experience in Customer Service and 3 years in leading Team Leaders and employees in an intercultural setting Extensive experience in working with medical products or other products following quality regulations Solid communication and interpersonal skills to different levels Fluent in German, English and ideally in French Strong understanding and experience in MS Office Tools IMPORTANT By sending us your CV, credentials, etc. you explicitly consent, that we may record and save these documents and necessary personal data, which accumulate during our recruitment process within the scope of this project.
