Responsibilities
* Provides domain specialist overlay support to customer Account Management teams and takes ownership of managing the customer relationship to generate demand for and transact complex services solutions.
* Builds and coordinates a high performing team to design solutions that maximise value for the customer and Lenovo.
* Identifies and creates sales strategies and opportunities that generate additional revenue with existing and new accounts.
* Focuses on larger deals primarily for digital workplace and data center solutions, utilizing Lenovo’s full portfolio and industry best-practice offerings.
* Identifies and qualifies a broad range of opportunities together with the account teams.
* Establishes a professional working relationship (up to the executive level) with clients and develops a deep understanding of the unique business needs.
* Manages customer expectations and supports bridging requirements into the solutioning and delivery teams.
* Acts as an interface for local Sales teams, Business Partners and Key Stakeholders including Lenovo executives.
* Takes all applicable opportunities through mandated deal governance, ensuring every opportunity is financially healthy and aligned to Lenovo’s growth strategy.
Position Requirements
* 5+ years of experience selling professional and managed services into the corporate segment, preferably around device-as-a-service, digital workplace services, and data center solutions and services.
* Effective territory account management: planning, opportunity qualification and creation, stakeholder and executive communication, needs analysis, value engineering, services/partner engagement, opportunity management, pipeline management.
* Ability to present and pitch at executive levels to a wide range of stakeholders from CXO to Technical to Finance.
* Capable of being seen as a thought leader and trusted advisor to customers.
* Proven track record of leading large IT projects, including consulting, pre/post-sales transformational IT services, or IT design and build projects.
* Ability to articulate and present the business value of Lenovo's solutions and understand industry strategies and products.
* Experience leading large and complex deals; familiarity with selling security and/or sustainability solutions is advantageous.
