We are looking for a Business Developer (x/f/m) to help shape our strategic future in the automotive audio landscape!

These could be your future responsibilities
* Identify strategically aligned potential customers and gather key info for RFIs and RFQs.
* Develop new business with existing clients, prepare materials and product demonstrations, and negotiate deals on behalf of Impulse Audio Lab.
* Help shape sales strategy, support marketing efforts, represent the brand at trade fairs, and gather market insights.
* Support overall product strategy by exploring and pursuing new opportunities.
* Collaborate with product development to steer the roadmap using market analysis.
This should be you
* A strong technical background with a degree in audio engineering, electrical engineering, acoustics, sound design, or a related field.
* Paired with solid business development and strategic thinking skills.
* 3+ years of experience in automotive or technical sales, ideally in infotainment or audio systems.
* Excellent communicator with a passion for presenting and negotiating with stakeholders from OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
* Comfortable navigating dynamic, fast-paced environments and open to regular business travel.
This could be a plus
* Fluency in both English and German, and experience collaborating with international clients and teams.
* A Network in the automotive, mobility, or tech industry — especially with OEMs, Tier 1s, or innovation hubs.
* A proven track record in sales and account management.
* Hands-on experience with embedded audio systems, DSPs, or automotive hardware/software integration.
* Experience working with AVAS, audio branding, or sound design for mobility applications.
