WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
As a System Engineer Drive-by-Wire (m/f/d) you will work in an interdisciplinary team on the design, specification and integration of future drive-by-wire systems in our entire vehicle portfolio. Your work will mainly relate to the electronics, function and software level. Your tasks will also include technical coordination with internal specialist departments and potential suppliers.
1. Analysis of current and future customer requirements
2. Carrying out and documenting concept studies
3. Specification of system requirements for drive-by-wire systems
4. Planning and implementation of development activities in the context of ISO 26262
5. Supervision and coordination of subcontractors
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
6. Completed (technical) university degree in the fields of systems engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, vehicle construction, aerospace or comparable
7. Several years of professional experience in the field of systems engineering
8. Military background and industry knowledge an advantage
9. Sound experience in the use of systems engineering tools (e.g. DOORS)
10. Independent and structured way of working as well as a high degree of initiative and flexibility
11. Very good written and spoken German and English skills
12. Willingness to travel occasionally
