Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to support our expansion into new international markets.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and initiating contact with potential M&A prospects across Finance, Healthcare and Education in Germany.
* Refine and implement the M&A business development strategy for Germany, assessing key markets and target profiles.
* Actively identify and source potential acquisition targets through systematic research, networking, and attending industry events.
* Initiate and lead outreach efforts to establish contact and build relationships with owners, founders, and C-level executives of target companies.
* Conduct in-depth qualification discussions to assess strategic fit and gather initial information.
* Leverage the strong relationship with owners and sellers to guide them through the M&A process.
* Document interactions, research findings, and lead statuses accurately in our CRM.
* Collaborate with the international M&A and Business Development teams to share insights and best practices.
* Mentor and guide junior Business Development team members.
