Job Title: TE Plant Leadership Network - Europe Posting Start Date: 11/17/25
At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world.
Job Description:
Join Our Future: TE Plant Leadership Network
At TE, we’re not just hiring for today-we’re building the next generation of plant leaders to shape the future of our global manufacturing network.
We’re currently engaging with exceptional manufacturing leaders to join our Plant Leadership Network—a diverse, high-impact talent community designed to fuel transformation, innovation, and operational excellence across our sites. Whether you're ready to take on a site leadership role now or preparing for that next step, we want to connect with you.
Why This Matters
We believe leadership development should be proactive, inclusive, and continuous. That’s why we’re building a strategic pipeline of future-ready plant leaders, not just reacting to open roles. This approach allows us to:
2. Accelerate readiness for critical roles as they emerge.
3. Foster diversity and inclusion at every level of leadership.
4. Strengthen our network of operational excellence across EMEA.
What to Expect
5. Ongoing conversations, not just interviews: We’re continuously meeting with experienced and emerging leaders to build relationships and explore future opportunities.
6. A connected leadership community: You’ll be part of a broader network of plant leaders across EMEA, sharing insights, driving change, and shaping strategy.
7. A clear focus on diversity: We are committed to building inclusive teams that reflect the diversity of our people, customers, and communities.
What You Might Do
8. Lead a manufacturing site with full accountability for performance, people, and transformation.
9. Champion Lean, S&OP, and continuous improvement.
10. Develop talent and foster a high-performance culture.
11. Represent your site as a benchmark for excellence.
What You’ll Bring
12. Experience leading complex manufacturing operations (typically 700+ employees).
13. A strong track record in transformation, team development, and operational performance.
14. Strategic thinking, financial acumen, and a passion for continuous improvement.
15. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
16. Willingness to be fully present on-site.
Ready to Shape What’s Next?
Whether you're actively exploring new opportunities or simply open to a conversation, we’d love to connect. This is your chance to join a leadership pipeline that’s built for the long term and make a lasting impact.
