1. Manage sales programs and promotional activities
2. Review and manage yearly contracts
3. Handle debit notes and invoices, including communication with customers (both internal and external)
4. Create and analyze sales reports and business reports for stakeholders and customers
5. Assist sales teams and manage risks
6. Evaluate and improve business processes
7. Identify and resolve issues
8. Set up and enforce company policies and procedures
Your qualifications
9. Training in wholesale/industry or a university degree (preferred)
10. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
11. Knowledge of the industry is helpful
12. Fluent in English; German skills are a plus
13. Skilled in MS Office, especially Excel
14. Adaptable and comfortable working with numbers
