Intern crm & marketing operations (m/f/d)

What we look for: You will play a key role in the implementation and customization of innovative CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Emarsys, helping shape impactful solutions for our clients. You will dive into business processes, analyzing them in-depth and documenting insights to drive operational excellence. You will craft dynamic presentations, engaging training materials, and support with interactive workshops that empower our clients. You will be hands-on in exciting customer projects, configuring CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Emarsys, and delivering solutions that make a real difference. You will stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging trends and best practices in CRM, and share valuable insights with the team to continuously improve our approach. You will assist with project management tasks, ensuring smooth operations and helping deliver projects on time and within scope. What we require: You are currently studying Business, Media, Marketing, Communication, or a related field and achieve excellent academic results. You have initial experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Emarsys (e.g., through courses, internships, or personal projects) and are proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. You work in a structured, proactive, and data-driven manner and demonstrate a high level of intrinsic motivation. You take ownership of your work and your personal development and are eager to take on new and challenging responsibilities. You are fluent in German and English.
