HR Business Partner Role in DACH Region
We are seeking a skilled HR professional to join our fast-paced matrix organization in the DACH region. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to line managers and employees on various HR subjects.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing HR guidance across the employee lifecycle, escalating complex issues when needed
* Managing employee relations, absence, and welfare cases while coaching managers on best practices
* Overseeing onboarding and ensuring accurate maintenance of HR systems and records
* Supporting performance management by guiding managers on objectives and reviews
* Identifying training needs and supporting delivery with the European HR team
* Collaborating with the Works Council, attending meetings and preparing necessary documents
* Assisting with local payroll, benefits activities, and regular reporting
* Collaborating on projects with Central HR to align structures and policies with regional goals
* Leading local initiatives to improve HR efficiency and customer service
Required skills and qualifications:
* Strong HR generalist experience with expertise in employment law and best practices
* Experience working with Works Councils
* A degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources or equivalent education is required
* Experience in matrix organizations, ideally with exposure to European countries
* Ideally have experience with HR management systems such as SuccessFactors
* Excellent communication skills, able to influence at all levels
* Proactive, creative, and adaptable problem solver
* Skilled in MS Office and ideally experienced with HR systems
* Strong planning and organizational skills, able to balance priorities and deadlines
* Collaborative, resilient, and positive in adapting to change
* Highly accurate, motivated, and deadline-driven
* Ideally fluent in English and German languages
