Your Mission: • Pioneer new system and platform security architectures leveraging hardware Roots of Trust (e.g., TPM, DICE) and memory protection technologies for CPUs, NPUs, and GPUs to secure the AI and HPC workloads of tomorrow • Lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge system security technology prototypes for heterogeneous systems and drive their integration into data center and consumer computing platforms • Deliver comprehensive architecture and integration documentation, secure high-value patents, and disseminate your research findings at top-tier system and security conferences • Contribute to industry analysis, strategic planning of new security features, and the development of industry standards in system and platform security (e.g., TCG, OCP) Your Expertise: PhD or postdoc in computer science, with a focus on system security In-depth knowledge of computing architectures (ARM, RISC-V, or x86) and operating system concepts Proven research experience in several system security technologies such as Roots of Trust (TPM, DICE), compiler assisted defenses (CFI, memory tagging, sanitizers), ISA security extensions (BTI, PA, MTE, shadow stacks, CHERI), TEEs (TrustZone, SGX,TDX, SEV, CCA) or kernel-based technologies (Linux IMA, dm/fs-verity, hypervisor-based security) Proficiency in Rust or C/C++ system programming (kernel or embedded) Highly relevant: familiarity with GPU or NPU architectures, or with cluster-based and distributed computing in LLM scenarios Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English We foster a truly diverse and inclusive cultural environment that highly values personalinitiative, autonomous work, and strong team collaboration.
