Your Role:
* Act as the central interface between the software and end users, especially partners, providing direct operational support.
* Conduct onboarding, training, webinars, and consultations to explain API integrations and gather valuable user feedback.
* Collaborate closely with product management to provide input for the ongoing development and improvement of their solutions.
* Perform technical and functional testing of existing processes and technologies, including Connect API connections.
* Manage 2nd-level support (e.g., handling queries, user administration, login issues) and coordinate 3rd-level support with developers.
* Create clear instructions, explanatory videos, and FAQs to assist users in navigating the system.
What You Bring:
* A degree in business informatics, computer science, or business administration.
* A solid understanding of technical processes and their implementation in software solutions.
* Initial experience in test management is a plus.
* Strong communication skills to represent the company confidently when dealing with customers and partners.
* Fluent in German to effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
