ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Increases therapy awareness amongst prescribers and non-prescribers.
2. Manages his/her territory and associated field-based activities.
3. Performs activities related to Novocure’s marketed and research products including:
4. Healthcare provider education on Novocure products and disease awareness Facilitation of investigator sponsored trials and other research projects Providing HCP feedback and competitive intelligence to the company regarding the therapeutic area and Novocure products Attendance and coverage at assigned medical meetings, organization of advisory boards, etc. Facilitate advancement of the body of science regarding TTFields.
5. Supports phase 3 clinical trials by collaborating with clinical development teams, engaging investigators, and providing scientific expertise to enhance trial execution and data generation.
6. Supports TTFields through medical communication, scientific support for promotional activities and other related medical activities including - but not limited to - studies, trainings, and medical information.
7. Develops, maintains and extends contacts with national experts and medical professionals in Novocure’s therapeutic area.
8. Delivers presentations to scientific leaders or decision makers.
9. Ensures 100% compliance with all applicable Standard Operating Procedures, local and international rules and regulations.
10. The MSL is trained and appointed by the company on MPDG § 83 (Medizinprodukterecht-Durchführungsgesetz).
QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE:
11. Qualifications:
12. Professional degree in natural science, medical or technical field.
13. Advanced scientific or health related degree preferred. Pharmacist (PharmD or RPh), Medical Doctor (MD), or other clinical/scientific experience.
14. Combined oncology or industry experience is a strong plus.
15. At least 4-5 years’ experience in a similar role (IST facilitation, KOL development) is a plus.

18. Must demonstrate fluency in articulating scientific concepts and data
19. Excellent interpersonal skills.
20. Must have good judgment, ability to adapt and change in a shifting environment.

23. Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision.
24. Must work well in large and small teams, ability to work remotely.
25. Ability to travel 85% time.
26. Comfortable with occasional after-hours and weekends availability.

28. High ethical standards.
29. Prescriber focus oriented: Provides expertise and innovation while collaborating with the prescriber.
30. Solid working knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
31. German and English is a must, any other language a plus.
