Responsibilities:
-Work closely with headquarters Retial, GTM and sales teams, responsible for retail operations in Western Europe countries for mobile phones, tablets, and AIoT categories, and follow up on Sell Out achievement;
-Participate in formulating retail strategies and development plans for mobile phones and AIoT products, and ensure implementation;
-Responsible for the entire retail launch process in Western Europe, tracking the product launch schedule, key selling points, competitor analysis, and developing retail launch plans. Coordinate with regional operations, field force operations, and take responsibility for the execution and results of new product launches in each country;
-Continuously monitor retail sales and operational performance of each product categories, take prompt actions to address issues in various retail business modules, and propose targeted solutions to improve retail performance and operational efficiency;
-Conduct market insights (industry and competitor analysis), develop retail strategies for products, monitor sales trends throughout the product lifecycle, and summarize patterns and strategies.
Requirements:
-In-depth understanding of the category and familiarity with the retail landscape in Western Europe, with strong project coordination abilities;
-Strong interest in retail, with excellent learning ability, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit with a sense of ownership;
-Experience in retail-related roles, with overseas sales experience preferred. Experience in the mobile phone or consumer electronics industry is a plus;
-University degree, fluent in English, with additional language skills considered as a plus.
