To strengthen our Controlling team, we are seeking a Senior Finance Analyst - Plant Controlling to support the site with finance oversight, cost controlling and performance monitoring. Scope and Impact As part of the Eppelheim Site Finance team, the Senior Finance Analyst plays a key role in strengthening financial transparency and supporting operational efficiency. Reporting to the Head of Group Supply Chain Finance, with a dotted line to the Site Controller, the role’s primary focus is to enable insight-driven decision-making across plant operations, with a strong emphasis on capex and productivity-related projects. The role will also contribute to the enhancement of Group-wide controlling systems and reporting processes, supporting structural improvements and scalable implementation across entities in close collaboration with Group Finance and IT. Over time, the role offers exposure to broader Group initiatives and opportunities to grow into cross-functional supply chain finance topics. Responsibilities - What you will do with us Support the Site Controller to deliver accurate and actionable financial insights Collaborate with functional leads to understand cost drivers and drive efficiencies Independently analyze financials to identify trends, variances, and savings opportunities Monitor actuals against budgets/forecasts and explain key deviations Own defined tasks within the budgeting and forecasting cycles Contribute to month-end closing, ensuring accurate accruals, reconciliations and reporting.
