What will you do?
* Act as the main point of contact for German-speaking merchants
* Manage customer queries end-to-end via phone, email, and live chat
* Investigate and resolve payment-related issues efficiently
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Underwriting, and other internal teams
* Ensure a smooth and positive merchant experience throughout the journey
* Share customer feedback to support product and process improvements
Requirements
* Fluent in German and English
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Interest in fintech or financial services
* Organised, adaptable, and eager to learn
* Additional language skills such as Czech, Slovak, or Polish are an advantage
