Manpower Luxembourg is looking for a Finance & Administration Manager for a client specialized in the shipping and logistics sector, located in Luxembourg.
This is a key position within an international environment, offering a broad scope of responsibilities and a high level of autonomy. The role combines financial management, administrative coordination and compliance in a cross-border context.
Your missions
Ensure accurate and timely financial administration and monthly closings
Prepare financial reports and liaise with the headquarters in Rotterdam
Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable activities
Monitor cash flow and support financial planning
Manage VAT declarations across multiple European countries (LU, NL, BE, DE) in coordination with external advisors
Handle payroll administration and ensure compliance with Luxembourg regulations
Act as the main point of contact for employees regarding administrative matters
Coordinate daily office management and administrative processes
Liaise with auditors, tax advisors and local authorities
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Identify and implement improvements in financial and administrative processes
Your profile
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Administration
Solid experience in financial administration and reporting
Good understanding of cross-border VAT and European tax regulations
Experience in payroll administration in Luxembourg is a strong asset
Fluent in German and English is mandatory ; French or Dutch is considered an advantage
Strong analytical skills, accuracy and sense of responsibility
Ability to work independently and manage a wide range of tasks
Experience in an international or logistics environment is a plus
