We're working with a forward-thinking IT company going through an exciting transition-and we're looking for an Interim HR Specialist to join the team.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is confident navigating German labour law, and knows how to work collaboratively with works councils. You'll be stepping into a pivotal position with a warm, friendly team (yes-full of brilliant techies!) and the flexibility of remote working.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Acting as the go-to HR contact for labour law and operational HR issues during the separation process
* Managing collaboration with the works council, including executing the Interessenausgleich (balance of interests)
* Coordinating and documenting all employment-related processes tied to the company split
* Ensuring legal compliance and smooth operational execution throughout the transition
* Drafting and updating HR documentation such as contracts, letters, and agreements
What We're Looking For:
* 3-5+ years of HR experience, ideally in a restructuring or transformation context
* Demonstrated success working with German works councils
* Native-level fluency in German and English
* Strong knowledge of German labour law and HR operational processes
* A pragmatic, "get-things-done" approach with attention to detail
