Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As the technical advisor for customers, you will troubleshoot and resolve issues in system and process engineering.
You will minimize downtime by implementing preventative maintenance plans, managing spare part inventories, and driving upgrade projects.

In this role, you will perform audits and inspections of safety-critical equipment and produce compliant documentation.
You will also contribute technical input to service order handling and prepare solution-based quotes.
The ideal candidate will have completed vocational training in mechatronics or certification as a state-qualified technician, or equivalent practical experience in a technical field-service role.
Apart from that, the candidate must be comfortable with digital tools (service apps, ticketing systems, ERP) as part of daily work, fluent communication skills in German and English, reliable, creative and flexible with a customer-first mindset and a strong practical, hands-on approach.
This role requires 50% of working time spent on-site with customers and presenting professionally in an international environment.
