To support our Group Curated Partnerships team, we are searching for a Curated Partnerships Intern based in our Munich office. The Curated Partnerships team implements, monitors, and grows a direct business model with some of our leading brands, liaising with all departments within the business to manage the partnerships across our different LuxExperience group stores.
What You Will Do
* Support the wider CPM Team in their daily business.
* Act as the analytical backbone for the team, preparing weekly performance summaries and ad‑hoc data deep dives.
* Build, maintain, and automate dashboards to track cross‑brand performance.
* Quickly grasp and help map complex procedures to support the team in streamlining cross‑functional workflows.
* Facilitate routine communications with internal and external stakeholders, acting as the operational point of contact for the exchange of weekly updates and ad requests (organic marketing coverage, image requests).
* Support the preparation of merchandise returns.
* Support in‑depth analysis of stock counts.
* Ad‑hoc projects to be defined together with the CPM Manager depending on the needs of the department.
Who You Are
* Advanced degree, ideally in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a similarly analytical field, or other relevant qualification.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel.
* Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
* Highly organized, reliable, detail‑orientated, and proactive, with an analytical mindset.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
