Treasury Manager (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
* Holistic Responsibility: You will operate in a dynamic mix of strategic process design and operational excellence to future-proof the treasury landscape.
* Liquidity Management: Execution and development of short- and mid-term liquidity planning, including comprehensive variance analysis in our cloud-based tool.
* Risk Management: Active support of hedging activities covering FX, interest rates, and precious metals.
* Banking & Intercompany: Management of intercompany loans and deposits, as well as the administration of global bank accounts and authorizations.
* System Administration: Functional development and administration of the Treasury Management System (Litreca) and support for SAP-related initiatives.
* Stakeholder Support: Serving as a key point of contact for Accounting, Tax, and external auditors during year-end activities and audit requests.
* Process Optimization: Drafting and group-wide implementation of process descriptions and treasury guidelines to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Your profile:
* Education: Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Controlling.
* Experience: Several years of solid professional experience in Treasury or a closely related finance environment.
* IT Skillset: Proficiency in SAP (FI) basics is essential for daily operations.
* Technical Expertise: A logical and deep understanding of accounting processes is a plus.
* Character: We are looking for an analytical mind with a strong, strict personality who remains confident and steadfast in complex audit situations.
* Languages: Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).
