Administrative Support Specialist
The role of Administrative Support Specialist is to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the team. This includes managing agendas, travel arrangements, meeting coordinations, drafting, proofreading, and formatting documents, presentations, and correspondence in English and French.
This position requires a minimum of 3 years of professional experience as an Executive or Office Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role within a corporate or financial environment in Luxembourg, fluency in English and French, excellent organizational skills, and a trustworthy, proactive, and resourceful personality.

Key Responsibilities:
