What you will do:
* Maintain and develop financial reporting for all business units (Product, Marketing, HQ);
* Analyze key metrics such as First Cash, Bookings, Refunds, Revenue;
* Supervise revenue recognition process, adapt revenue recognition to the new products
* Work on automating financial reports and processes using modern tools (PySpark, Airflow, Tableau);
* Develop dashboards and reports for various stakeholders (management, operational teams);
* Collaborate closely with the CFO and other teams to create analytics that meet current and strategic business needs.

Requirements
* 2+ years of experience as a financial analyst or in a related role;
* Strong understanding of financial metrics and their impact on business processes (Revenue, Bookings, ARPPU, Cash In, etc.);
* Sufficiently proficient in Python and SQL for analytics & automatisation;
* Working experience on analytics tools required (SQL, Excel, Tableau, Python, PySpark, Airflow);
* English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Preferred qualifications:
* Familiar with educational products;
* Able to independently analyze data and generate hypotheses;
* Experience with PySpark.
