Institutionalize the Challenger Sales methodology, embedding an insight‑led approach that transforms customer engagement and delivers measurable value. Forge and nurture strategic relationships with leading manufacturers, OEMs and co‑sell with technology partners to expand market reach and influence. Identify and unlock new market segments and strategic partnerships accelerating growth and enhancing competitive edge. Ensure predictable revenue performance through robust pipeline management, precise forecasting and seamless collaboration with Product Marketing and Customer Success teams while actively shaping company strategy as a member of the leadership team. Qualifications Education: Completed degree in business administration, engineering or a related field; MBA an advantage. Experience and Knowledge: Proven track record as a senior sales leader (Director, Vice President or equivalent) in industrial software, manufacturing solutions or AI/IIoT; experience building and scaling international B2B enterprise sales teams; expertise in complex B2B sales cycles and frameworks such as Challenger Sales; proven knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation and digital transformation; excellent communication and stakeholder skills especially at C‑level.
