Process Optimization Lead

Key Responsibilities:
* Culture Development: Foster a culture that prioritizes safety, quality, and productivity
* Analysis and Improvement: Identify areas for improvement, analyze data, and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency
* Project Oversight: Manage projects to streamline processes, optimize productivity, and improve customer satisfaction
* Performance Analysis: Analyze station performance against key objectives and implement actions to drive operational excellence
* Collaboration and Standardization: Work with management-level colleagues to standardize practices and drive consistency
A Typical Day:
Working on early shifts (starting at 6:00 am), the successful candidate will ensure sites are productive, own and drive a culture of safety, uphold quality and station performance standards, oversee process improvements, and drive implementation.
About the Role:
This position plays a critical role in managing the entire service chain, from supply chain fulfillment to delivery and returns. The team is responsible for expanding specialist fulfillment centers and delivery stations across Europe. As part of this team, you'll collaborate with operations, supply chain, business intelligence, and program management professionals to drive growth.
