As an Account Manager Intern, you will play a pivotal role within the Private Banking team at ING Luxembourg.
You will be responsible for providing administrative and client services support to a team of relationship managers, acting as the interface between the commercial team, clients, and back offices.
To excel in this position, you must possess strong commercial abilities and skills, enabling you to effectively manage customer relationships and maintain comprehensive client files.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure accurate identification and Know Your Customer (KYC) information is recorded in client files, adhering to current regulatory requirements
* Maintain the completeness of client files to facilitate smooth periodic account reviews
* Organize the customer information system database, verifying data quality, updating client information, and validating data inputs
* Follow up on missing documents to ensure seamless operations
* Source, verify, and transmit documents efficiently for rapid account opening processes
* Assist relationship managers in preparing client meetings and follow up on these interactions
* Provide administrative support to clients and other bank departments
* Participate in global and transversal projects related to your function
In this role, you will work in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements, applying risk management principles to identify and mitigate risks while ensuring the interests of both clients and the Bank are respected.
