Requirements:
* Proven track record in sales or a related field.
* Strong network of Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs).
* Excellent knowledge of financial products and services typically required by IFAs.
* Outstanding interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to build lasting relationships.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills.
* High level of integrity and ethics.
* Relevant university background in Finance or a related field.
* Fluency in English; additional languages an asset.
* Client- and results-oriented approach.
* Rigorous, organized, and methodical in customer approach actions.
* Motivated team player willing to travel.
