Lead strategic and innovative projects, advising Business Units on implementing and scaling innovative solutions
Collaborate with Business Units to identify, develop, and initiate new innovation ideas and projects (e.g., Develop and provide an innovation framework that serves as a blueprint for innovation management excellence (processes, methods, tools, etc.)
Build, manage, and sustain an active global innovation community across the Reinsurance and Specialty Group, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
Several years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm, leading (large-scale) projects and advising clients
relevant experience with innovation initiatives, including enhancing business models and processes through technology and data
Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage
