Responsibilities
* Conduct research on design trends of existing brands.
* Research and analyze the design philosophy and design language of existing brands.
* Lead design strategy research for top-level design, concept vehicles, and mass-production vehicle projects.
* Lead the team in carrying out creative work from the perspectives of user experience and market trends.
* Provide constructive recommendations on existing brand design trends and actively drive their implementation and advancement.
* Perform all duties in accordance with company policies, processes, systems, and procedures, and complete ad-hoc tasks and support as required by the company.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Design or Automotive Design; requirements may be relaxed for candidates with exceptional capabilities.
* 2–6 years of relevant experience in automotive strategic design.
* Proficiency in English is required; German, Chinese, or other languages are a plus.
