We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Office Specialist to support both HR administration and office management functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a diverse range of responsibilities, ensuring smooth daily operations while supporting our employees throughout their lifecycle.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes. Manage documentation collection, background checks, role profiles, labour contracts, and termination orders, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations;
Assist in managing employment and change letters, maintain employee records, and support employee inquiries and issue resolution;
Administer employee benefits programs, coordinate with external partners, and contribute to HR initiatives;
Assist in preparing HR reports, data analytics, and dashboards as needed;
Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a well-organized and efficient working environment;
Assist with organizing team events
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an HR Administration
University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of labour law fundamentals and HR best practices.
