Job Profile Summary
The Transfer Agency department is responsible for providing a third-party fund administration service to numerous fund management companies. This involves managing the full range of shareholder servicing functions, including dealing, registration, settlements, distributions, commissions, and statements.
Main Responsibilities:
* Ensure high-quality processing and timely delivery of tasks.
* Collaborate with the team and group projects area on allocated projects.
* Implement process improvements as instructed by the Team Leader or Management.
* Complete monthly KPIs accurately and within deadlines.
* Provide input to the Team Leader and contribute in weekly team meetings if required.
* Evaluate and implement changes in proposed new regulations.
* Manage daily operational activities and supervise day-to-day work of junior level employees.
* Guide staff, fostering an environment that encourages employee participation, teamwork, and communication.
* Resolve asset manager's queries.
Skill Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills - fluent in English.
