We've outgrown agency setups. Now we need someone who thinks like a founder, executes like a specialist, and wants to build something they're proud of.
Tasks
* Own and run performance marketing across multiple brands (Meta, Google, TikTok)
* Build a structured testing framework for creatives, hooks, and audiences
* Work closely with brand teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
* Set up and improve tracking & attribution from the ground up (Shopify, GA4)
* Analyze performance data deeply and turn insights into action
* Scale winning campaigns and systematically improve CAC
* Think in funnels and customer journeys — not just channels
Requirements
* Several years of hands-on performance marketing experience, ideally in D2C
* Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search & Shopping)— this is your core craft (must-have)
* Analytical mindset: you read numbers, draw conclusions, test hypotheses
* Experience with creative testing and iterative optimization
* No fear of ambiguity — you create structure where there is none

* Attribution and tracking setup know-how
