Responsibilities:
* Provide expert support across Wide Area Network (WAN) and Local Area Network (LAN) systems.
* Offer troubleshooting assistance and resolve technical issues effectively.
* Manage and resolve support tickets in a timely and professional manner.
* Deliver support for VoIP platforms and systems, ensuring seamless communication for clients.
Skills/Must have:
* Solid understanding of network support principles, specifically WAN or LAN.
* Experience with VoIP support is highly desirable.
* Strong troubleshooting skills and experience handling technical support tickets.
* Fluent or native proficiency in German (essential).
* Proficiency in English is desirable but not mandatory.
