Responsibilities:
* Install, configure, troubleshoot, and uninstall telecommunications products at customer sites
* Program, maintain and resolve issues with network equipment such as switches, routers, hubs, and end devices
* Set up and maintain telephone systems, DECT systems, and WLAN networks including progamming and user support
* Act as a technical contact for our internal sales teams
* Work in flexible 2-shift models (Monday–Sunday)
Skills/Must have:
* Completed technical training and several years of professional experience in telecommunications installation
* Solid understanding of DSL, VDSL, VOIP, and WLAN technologies
* Previous experience in the trade fair environment is a plus
* Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing communication skills
* Fluent in German, with good English skills; additional foreign languages are advantageous
* Class B driving license is mandatory
