Your task
* Unterstützung der Projektleiter bei der Vorbereitung und Abwicklung von Projekten
* Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung und Prüfung von Angebots- und Auftragsunterlagen
* Pflege und Aufbereitung von Projektunterlagen und Dokumentationen Unterstützung bei der Terminplanung und -verfolgung Kommunikation mit internen Abteilungen und ggf. externen Partnern Allgemeine organisatorische und administrative Tätigkeiten im Projektumfeld

* Eingeschriebene:r Student:in
* Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise.
* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel).
* Interesse an kaufmännischen Prozessen und technischen Projekten.
* Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Hands-on-Mentalität.
