Job Description
2. Support day-to-day operational risk and incident management, including: ensuring risk and incident reporting, quality review and challenging, monitoring implementation of mitigating actions, reconciliation of incidents
3. Support control testing, including: identifying control gaps and assisting 1st Line of Defense in defining corrective actions
4. Support monitoring and improvement of Operational Key Risk Indicators (KRI)
5. Support Risk and Control Self Assessment (RCSA) process
6. Create reports for senior management and managing directors
7. Contribute to ad-hoc project topics, as required.
Qualifications
8. You are studying towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, finance, economics or equivalent
9. You are available for min. 3 months internship
10. You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel or Google Workspace
11. You have a strong ability for risk-oriented analysis and comprehensible presentation of complex issues
12. You are able to work in a time-sensitive environment and you are able to balance competing priorities
13. You have concise verbal and written communication skills in English, German language is advantageous
