Key Responsibilities
* Advise international clients on banking and capital markets transactions, working on cross-border matters that hone your legal and commercial skills.
* Draft, negotiate, and review financing and transactional documentation, collaborating with lawyers across multiple jurisdictions.
* Engage with a broad client base, including global private equity firms and leading financial institutions, exposing you to high-level stakeholders and strengthening your professional network.
Requirements
* Freelance lawyer with independent/self-employed status and ability to manage own billing/admin.
* 4-6 years of experience in a Luxembourg law firm focusing on Banking, Capital Markets, or transactions.
* Member of the Luxembourg Bar (List I or List II).
* Fluent in English; French and/or German are strong assets.
* Experience in cross-border transactions and comfort in fast-paced international environments.
* Business-oriented, precise, reliable, and ambitious.
