As a Senior Marketing Data Analyst (m/f/x), you will be the strategic partner to our marketing and growth teams, proactively translating complex consumer and campaign data into clear insights, actionable recommendations, and measurable impact. Your work will directly influence acquisition strategy, audience targeting, budget allocation, channel optimization, and customer lifecycle initiatives across global markets.
In this role, you’ll lead the charge in turning open marketing questions into structured hypotheses, delivering decision-ready analyses on campaign performance, attribution, incrementality, funnel optimization, and ROI, and building dashboards and tools that elevate data across the organization. By connecting customer behavior to business outcomes, you’ll empower stakeholders to make confident, evidence-based marketing decisions that accelerate growth.
Partner with marketing teams to define KPIs, prioritize initiatives, and solve strategic challenges.
Consult the marketing team to maximize return on ad spend and marketing efficiency.
Conduct ad-hoc analyses to uncover actionable marketing insights and campaign performance trends.
Build and maintain automated dashboards to support marketing decision-making.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of marketing data across channels and platforms.
Use SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to optimize marketing campaigns and audience targeting.
Partner with Data Engineering and Data Science teams on interdisciplinary marketing analytics projects.
Marketing performance measurably improves because of your work: Growth and Marketing teams rely on your models, dashboards, and assessments before making major investment calls.
You understand that in our business model, marketing performance cannot be evaluated in isolation. You proactively align with Product and Sales analysts to ensure shared definitions of LTV, contribution margin, and performance KPIs - and you help drive cross-functional decisions based on a unified economic view.
Attribution and data quality are rock solid: Through automation, modeling, and cross-functional collaboration, you increase the speed, depth, and impact of marketing decision-making at scale.
Experienced: 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, particularly in mobile performance marketing. Expert: Strong knowledge of Mobile Measurement Partners (MMP) like Appsflyer and mobile advertising identifiers.
Analytical: Ability to interpret user behavior, extract insights and translate data into actionable strategies.
Skilled in Python & SQL for automation and advanced analytics, with experience in Tableau for reporting and dashboarding.
Deep understanding of attribution models, ROAS calculations, marketing effectiveness metrics and SKAN.
Strong ability to convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
