We are looking for an experienced building manager to lead our projects in the RHEIN-MAIN region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction engineering, excellent leadership skills and be able to manage complex projects.
Tasks
* Overall responsibility for the project management of various building sites
* Active steering and control of site operations
* Implementation of personnel and quality specifications
The right person will have at least 5 years experience as a Bauleiter (Building Manager), along with extensive knowledge on applicable regulations, such as DIN or ISO standards. He/She should also possess structured decision-making abilities.
Ihr Profil:
• Studienabschluss Fachrichtung Bauingenieurwesen
• Projekterfahrung Auftragssumme 1 – 5 Mio € und weitere Qualifikationen als unten aufgeführt:
• Fundierte Kenntnisse einschlägiger Normen und Richtlinien
• Führerschein Klasse B,
