Your tasks
9. Carrying out complex quality inspections on components, equipment and test equipment in accordance with design documents
10. Carrying out precise measurements using optical 2D and 3D inspection methods and tactile measuring devices
11. Identifying deviations, creating quality reports and documenting product conformity
12. Ensuring the flow of information through close cooperation with the production and design departments
13. Handling and maintaining various testing and measuring equipment (e.g. roughness and contour measuring devices)
14. Checking complex drawings, taking into account difficult shape and position tolerances
Your profile
15. Completed vocational training in a metalworking profession; further training as a master craftsman or technician is desirable
16. Several years of professional experience (at least 3 years) in metrology, quality assurance or quality management
17. Mandatory knowledge in the use of 3D measuring devices (optical and tactile)
18. In-depth application knowledge of SAP/R3
19. Experience in the manufacturing processes of turning and milling is an advantage
20. High sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team
