About the Role
The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, be able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively. They will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and clients alike.
* Schedule meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones.
* Assist with and coordinate all administrative tasks related to client portfolios.
* Manage internal and external communication related to client portfolios.
* Update CRM database precisely on a regular basis.
* Handle basic correspondence between lawyers, courts, and experts.
Your Profile
You should have a degree in Office Management or International Administrative Management (ESA) or equivalent. Proficiency in MS Office is highly desirable, as well as fluency in English and either written and spoken German or French (native speaker level).
