Proalpha Application Support Specialist (m/f/d)
Your Tasks – What You Can Expect
You will be responsible for 1st and 2nd level support for our existing Proalpha installation
You will accompany release changes and independently take on sub-projects
You will develop and optimize processes in close cooperation with the specialist departments
You will create and maintain forms within Proalpha
You will train employees in the application and use of the systems
Your Profile – What We Expect From You
You have several years of experience in supporting Proalpha users or in intensive use of the system.
You are proficient in Proalpha standard processes and have in-depth knowledge of the modules.
You have experience in creating and maintaining forms as well as in structured testing.
You have gained project experience in an active role.
You work independently, have strong communication skills, and have a good command of English.
