Your tasks
9. Analysis of import processes and independent import customs clearance using various procedures (inward processing, outward processing, free circulation, etc.)
10. Analysis of export transactions and independent export customs clearance using various procedures and business types (final export, temporary export, re-export, etc.)
11. Analysis and processing of preferential origin certificates for the purpose of customs savings for the customer in third countries
12. Consulting on various interfaces in import and export processes
13. Allocation of freight space for the modes of transport: land transport, air transport and sea transport, taking economic aspects into account.
14. Processing and preparation of customs and shipping documents (e.g. export accompanying document, dangerous goods declaration, shipping notification, CMR consignment note, customs document Carnet ATA, compliance with letter of credit conditions, etc.)
15. Processing of all EU goods inflows and outflows for the Federal Statistical Office
Your profile
16. Successfully completed studies in law, diploma or master's degree in business informatics, economics, business law or comparable fields, or completed vocational training with demonstrable relevant professional experience.
17. Several years of relevant professional experience in logistics and customs (at least three years of practical experience in customs declarations)
18. Dangerous goods training for air transport according to the rules of the International Air Transport Association (IATA) is desirable.
19. Knowledge of the Union Customs Code
20. Handling of VS orders (all classifications) and KrWaffKontrG orders
21. Good knowledge of customs and foreign trade law
22. Good knowledge of shipping regulations and dangerous goods regulations for all modes of transport.
23. Flexibility, quick comprehension, independence, initiative and a structured work style
24. Assertiveness and communication skills
25. Good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
