As Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations, you will play a central role in shaping how realworld one operates and scales. Working directly with the leadership team and partnering with teams across the organization, you will act as the key connector between strategic vision and operational excellence. You will own and oversee critical business processes, reporting structures, and forecasting models, translating strategy into measurable execution.
Responsibilities

o Partner with Client Strategy & Value Creation, Marketing, Solution Delivery, and other teams to ensure operational alignment, efficiency, and consistent quality across the customer journey.
* Own, oversee, and continuously improve core business processes to make operations more scalable, transparent, and results driven.
* Build and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and forecasting models that increase visibility and enable data-based decision making.
* Translate company strategy into an actionable OKR framework and ensure effective alignment between planning, execution, and outcomes.
* Lead initiatives that simplify workflows, remove inefficiencies, and strengthen cross functional collaboration.
Qualifications
*
o 4–6 years of experience in business operations, strategy, or process improvement within a B2B software, services, or consulting environment.
* Proven ability to design, manage, and optimize processes while driving collaboration and change across teams.
* Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to connect data insights to concrete actions.
* Experience with Salesforce, BI tools (e.g. Power BI), and documentation platforms (e.g. Confluence) preferred.
* Fluent in English; German proficiency a plus.
