European Regional Manager Europe-based & Business Partner & Sales Representative - Outdoor Equipment [Automotive Parts]

Our products have gained a growing customer base across Europe and the United States, with established partnerships with major retailers and international brands. To further enhance our service capabilities and accelerate market growth, we are seeking experienced European Regional ManagerEurope-based & Business Partner & Sales Representative to expand our presence and support key clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential brand partners, wholesalers, and retailers in Europe.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote our bike carriers and related products.
- Represent the company at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events.
- Provide after-sales support when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales or business development within the bike carrier, roof rack,or automotive aftermarket industries.
- Industry Background Preferred: Priority will be given to candidates with experience at leading brands such as THULE, ATERA, or similar.
- Network: Existing connections with bike or automotive product retailers and wholesalers in Europe.
- Skills: Proactive, optimistic, and culturally adaptable. Excellent communication in English is required; German, French, or Dutch is a plus.
- Location: Based in Europe (remote work setup).
Engagement Details
- Status: Independent consultant or business partner (no recruitment agencies).
- Duration: Initial 6-month collaboration, with potential for long-term partnership.
- Compensation: Commission-based or fixed salary plus performance bonus, depending on experience and preferences.
- Collaboration: You’ll work closely with our experienced team to leverage our R&D; and production capabilities to meet market demand.
